We have switched to a new web design. It seems cleaner and easier to read. We hope you like it!
A new forum has been added called " Vermont Road Rage". This forum can be used to report crazy drivers on the Vermont roadways.
The Vermont Bad Business Bureau is the place where consumers can tell everyone when they have had a bad consumer experience anywhere in Vermont.
Every day around the State of Vermont, as in every state, people are ripped off, scammed and cheated by unscrupulous businesses and individuals. These situations include phony auto repairs, auto dealer bait-and-switch tactics, restaurants with bad service or food, corrupt government employees & politicians, police corruption, crooked contractors, unethical doctors & lawyers, dead beat dads, landlords & tenants, and individual con artists.
Most people just complain among themselves when they get ripped off. This doesn't do anyone any good. First, you have to confront the business who has ripped you off and politely request that they correct the problem. If they do not make good, you should post your story here in our Forums. This will not only get the attention of the business in question but it will also alert other people and help prevent them from encountering the same problem that you did. Then you should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Vermont Attorney Generals Office.
If a Vermont Business has done you wrong, there's a good chance that they have already done it to someone else. Don't let them get away with it! Make sure to spread the word about your experiences by posting your story in our forums. We are not lawyers or a collection agency but we are Consumer Advocates. Your Advocate! Our Website is giving you the opportunity to be heard and we hope that you will use the opportunity to your advantage.
